Granny'S Hot Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated cabbage
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine egg, flour, salt and pepper in small bowl; beat well. Heat vinegar in saucepan.
    Stir in flour mixture slowly.
    Cook, stirring until thick.
    Pour over cabbage and mix well.
