Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 to 1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine the sugar, cornmeal and flour; mix.
    Beat eggs and blend in sugar mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
