Devil'S Food Cake - cooking recipe

nonstick spray
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Spray two 9 x 1 1/2-inch round baking pans with nonstick coating, dust lightly with flour and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine flour, 1 3/4 cups sugar, cocoa powder and soda.
Add milk, margarine and vanilla.
Beat on low speed 30 seconds or until combined.
Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping sides of bowl occasionally.
Wash the beaters.
