Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked sweet potatoes, steamed or boiled
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    2 1/4 c. Bisquick or any biscuit mix
Preparation
    Cool and peel sweet potatoes.
    Mix together sweet potatoes, brown sugar, Bisquick mix and water.
    Combine thoroughly (the mixture will be more moist than regular biscuits).
    Flour surface. Roll biscuit mix to 1/2 inch thickness.
    Cut with a 2 1/2-inch cutter.
    Place on greased sheet pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 16 to 18 minutes.
    Yields 1 1/2 dozen.
