Thai Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. white noodles
    1 whole chicken, skinned and boned
    2 c. bean sprouts
    small handful celery leaves only
    3 green onions, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place chopped chicken in 1/2-quart of cold water and chicken stock.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Add noodles, chopped celery leaves, bean sprouts and green onions.
    Simmer and serve while hot.
