Fried Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. Italian sweet sausage
    water
    juice of 2 lemons
Preparation
    In large skillet, put enough water to coat bottom.
    Puncture sausage with fork.
    Place in pan.
    Cook sausage over low flame until brown on both sides.
    Serve with lemon juice.
