Grandma Adams Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small potatoes (the size of an egg peel)
    2 lb. bag powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes the size of an egg.
    Peel and mash potatoes while warm.
    Mix powdered sugar into potato.
    Add vanilla.
    Roll dough out on powdered sugar board.
    Spread with peanut butter.
    Roll dough up.
    Let get firm.
    Slice when ready to serve.
