Easy Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. coconut (if desired)
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. or a packet on the shelf unflavored gelatin (1/2 more packet may make it \"stand up better\")
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, separated*
1/2 c. fresh squeezed actual lime juice (don't cheat here; later)
1/4 c. water (may cheat here, if fun) or add 1/3 c. lime juice**
1 tsp. honest grated lime peel (don't cheat; it is hard work)
several drops green food coloring (to trial for pastel shade finish)
1/2 c. sugar (again)
1 c. whipping cream or 1 container off shelf***
1 baked 9-inch frozen pie shell (deep dish)****
