Spinach-Yogurt Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large garlic cloves, minced
    2 green onions and tops, finely chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
    2 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground white pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    In a blender or
    food processor, whirl garlic and green onion with spinach until finely chopped.
    Add rest of ingredients and blend to mix well.
    Taste and adjust seasonings.
