Noodle Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. fettucini noodles, cooked and drained
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. softened butter
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 c. sugar
    6 eggs, beaten
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, sugar, salt and eggs until smooth and well blended.
    Stir in warm noodles.
    Pour mixture into 3-quart buttered souffle dish.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Turn onto platter. Serves 6.
