Ziti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. ziti noodles
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 (2 lb.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
1 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Bring a large pot of water to boil, add ziti noodles and cook until tender, but still firm to the bite (uncovered).
Drain and set aside.
