Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple drained (keep juice)
2 tbsp hot water
1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped pecan
4 eggs whites
4 egg yolks
1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation

Beat egg whites and set aside.
Mix flour, sugar, oil, pineapple, and egg yolks, cinnamon and water; mix well.
Add nuts.
