Sausage-Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thaw and let rise
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained on paper towels
2 eggs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. chopped parsley if desired
pinch of oregano

Preparation

Roll dough in a large rectangular shape.
Mix together all other ingredients in a bowl.
Spread over dough and roll up like a jelly roll.
Pinch ends and top together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
