Cheddar Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    dash of salt and pepper
    3 or 4 c. mashed potatoes (may use leftover mashed potatoes; also want mashed potatoes to be thick, not too thin)
Preparation
    Combine soup, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
    Stir in potatoes.
    Pour into a 1 or 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
