Zucchini Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced zucchini
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. ground beef
    salt and pepper (if desired)
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Slice zucchini in 2-quart dish. Mix onions, cracker crumbs and ground beef; salt and pepper. Spread on top of zucchini. Pour soup over mixture. Top with cheese. Bake in preheated oven 45 minutes. Makes about 4 servings.
