Jalapeno Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 small can (4 oz.) dried chili peppers
    1 cube butter or margarine
    1 small curd cottage cheese
    salt to taste
    1 medium pkg. Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl except butter.
    Place half melted butter in bowl, other swish in Pyrex dish, 13 x 9-inch, swish around.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    This makes its own crust. (You can add more chilies for hotter flavor or diced jalapenos.)
