Crab Louis In Avocado Halves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg yolk
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1/4 c. finely chopped scallions (including green part)
    1/4 c. chopped stuffed green olives
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. lump crabmeat
    4 ripe avocados
    lettuce leaves
    2 hard-cooked eggs (for garnish)
Preparation
    Combine egg yolk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar and beat with wire whisk.
    Add oil gradually, beating rapidly. When thickened and smooth, add chili sauce, scallions and olives. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Put crabmeat in mixing bowl and add one-half of the sauce.
    Mix gently so as not to break up crab lumps.
