Stuffed Sole With Dill Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. stuffing mix
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
    1 lb. sole or other fish
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt 1/3 cup butter.
    Add celery and onion.
    Saute.
    Stir in stuffing, parsley, lemon juice, lemon peel and salt and pepper.
    Set aside.
