Stuffed Mushrooms Italian Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large fresh mushrooms
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. basil leaves, crumbled
    1 egg, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Then rinse mushrooms and pat dry. Remove stems and reserve for later use.
    Brush outsides of the caps with 4 tablespoons of the oil.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt. Place cavity side up in a shallow baking pan.
