Chewy Marshmallow Brownies - cooking recipe

1/2 c. butterscotch morsels
1/4 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine butterscotch chips and butter in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until chips melt. Set aside.
