Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 small can cream-style corn
3 to 5 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix all together, except for cheese.
Place half of mixture in greased pan, then cheese, then rest of mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
