Roast Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. small potatoes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Cut each potato into quarters.
Place potatoes in large roasting pan with olive oil and remaining ingredients.
Shake and toss to coat.
Roast for 20 minutes or until tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking.
