Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9 oz.) pkg. French-cut green beans
    6 slices bacon
    1/2 medium red onion, sliced
    1/2 c. salad oil (best with olive oil and red wine vinegar)
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. crumbled Blue cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    Cook beans just until tender and drain.
    Fry bacon until crisp and crumble.
    Mix beans, bacon and onion rings.
    Combine remaining ingredients in dressing except cheese.
    Add cheese at last minute. Make 3 to 4 hours ahead of time.
