Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms or 1 lb. fresh
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. parsley
    8 oz. egg noodles
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat.
    Add meat and brown.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add soup.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Cook noodles as directed.
    Serve stroganoff over noodles.
