Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. Cracker Barrel brand sharp Cheddar cold pack cheese
    8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. Parkay margarine
    2 tsp. each chopped onion, chopped green pepper and chopped pimientos
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Blend the first 3 ingredients well.
    Add the remaining ingredients and form into a ball.
    Chill until firm.
    Remove and garnish with parsley and pimiento strips.
    Serve with crispy crackers.
