Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large avocados, peeled and seeds removed
    1 medium tomato, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. minced or grated onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    12 drops Tabasco pepper sauce
Preparation
    In a medium size bowl, mash avocados.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    This may be used as a topping or garnish for tacos or enchiladas.
