Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
    1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cups cooked rice
    8 oz. jar cheese whiz
    2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in margarine until tender.
    Mix together broccoli, soup, rice, onion, celery, cheese whiz, and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
    Season to taste.
    Top casserole with remaining cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
    Place in a 9 x 13 inch ovenproof dish sprayed with cooking spray.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
