Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium sized squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar diced pimento
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. finely seasoned bread crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    salt
    pepper
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cut and dice squash.
    Cook in boiling water until tender; then drain.
    In a casserole dish combine squash, sour cream, soup, 1 cup bread crumbs, egg, pimento, salt, pepper and onion.
    Mix well.
