Pre-Tossed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, torn in pieces
1 chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. frozen peas, not thawed
diced celery
sliced hard-boiled eggs
2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
8 slices crumbled bacon
Preparation

Place in layers in flat glass pan in order given.
Do not toss or mix.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
