Beef Liver Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. beef liver
    1 large onion, diced
    4 large potatoes, chunks
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown and partially fry
    liver in skillet with oil.
    Cook potatoes, onions, salt and pepper until potatoes are almost done. Cut liver into small chunks and add to potato soup mixture. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
