Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs (whites and yolks), beaten separately
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Scald cornmeal with water; add milk, salt and beaten egg yolks; beat well.
    Add baking powder and butter.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish that has been greased well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
