Hungry Jack Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 to 2 1/2 c. chicken broth (bouillon cubes can be used)
    2 c. diced chicken
    1 1/2 c. carrots, cooked and sliced (canned carrots can be used)
    1 can peas, drained
    2/3 c. Carnation canned milk
    1 can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits, sliced in half
Preparation
    Melt butter. Add flour, salt and pepper; stir to make paste. Add broth and milk.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Add peas, carrots and chicken.
    Line casserole dish with 1/2 of the sliced biscuits. Pour filling mixture over biscuits and place remaining half of sliced biscuits on top. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
