Pork Chop Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

4 pork chops
1 onion, sliced thin
1 large tomato, diced
salt
1/2 c. grated cheese
4 large zucchini, sliced thin
1 minced green pepper
pepper
butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In buttered casserole, place pork chops and cover with layer of zucchini.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with layer of onion, tomato and green pepper.
Season and repeat layers.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and bake 45 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
