Saucy Microwave Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. head cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Remove leaves and woody stem from cauliflower.
Rinse clean. Wrap in wax paper.
Puncture paper.
Microwave on High for 10 minutes.
Unwrap.
Place in glass casserole.
Mix together remaining ingredients.
Pour over cauliflower.
Microwave, uncovered, for 1 minute.
