Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
3 c. chicken breast, cooked and diced
2 c. celery, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Chow Mein noodles
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, saving 1/2 cup Chow Mein noodles for topping. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and top with rest of Chow Mein noodles. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
