Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 roast (any size)
salt and pepper to taste
garlic
water
Preparation
-
Season roast with salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
Place in pot or iron skillet.
Let brown on both sides.
Pour a cup or two of water over the roast.
Cook on top of the stove or in the oven. As the water boils out, pour more water in for your gravy.
Use a slow fire if cooked on top of stove.
