Hamburger-Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 head cabbage, shredded or cut small
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add meat, salt and pepper, heating through, but not browning.
    Spread 1/2 of cabbage in 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with meat mixture and rice.
    Top with remaining cabbage.
    Pour soup over top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
