Crock-Pot Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. brisket, boneless and trimmed of fat
    1 (18 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Season brisket according to taste.
    Set crock-pot on high and put in the brisket and pour barbecue sauce over it.
    Cook on high for 4 1/2 hours or until desired tenderness.
