Cucumber Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 large cucumbers
1 lb. ground meat
1 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 stick butter
Tony's Creole seasoning
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
additional bread crumbs for topping

Preparation

Cook ground meat in butter until brown. Add onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic; cook until tender. Add bread crumbs and egg; cook another 5 minutes. Add chopped cucumbers. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 300\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
