Quick Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple (the kind packed in its own juice), undrained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange slices, drained
    2 sliced bananas
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding (sugar-free)
    chopped pecans or maraschino cherries (for garnish; optional)
Preparation
    In a glass serving bowl, combine pineapple, oranges and bananas.
    Fold in pudding mix, blending well.
    Serve at room temperature or chilled.
    Garnish with pecans or maraschino cherries, if desired.
    (I chopped up about 6 cherries and blended them in instead of using as topping, makes it look better.)
    Makes about 6 servings.
