Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and cleaned
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 to 1 chopped small onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 container fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt
    garlic (if desired)
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Saute shrimp and onion in butter in electric skillet for 10 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and saute 5+ more minutes.
    Add flour and seasonings.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Be sure to cook on low at least 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
