Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. tomatoes, undrained and diced
    1 c. tomato sauce (may use tomato juice)
    1 large green pepper
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving sizes.
    In a small bowl, combine flour, salt and black pepper.
    Coat meat with seasoned flour.
