Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 or 5 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 large or 2 small onions
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) mushroom soup
    1 can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain off fat.
    Put potatoes in baking dish. Add onion.
    Put drained beef over this.
    Add mushroom soup, water and seasonings.
    Cover and bake for 45 to 60 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven. Serves 4 to 6.
