Sweet Potato Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. nutmeg or what you like
1/2 stick butter
bag miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Put potatoes in baking dish.
Take the juice and mix it with the sugar.
Pour over the potatoes.
Slice the butter on top. Sprinkle the nutmeg over yams.
Then put the marshmallows on top. Top with a little nutmeg again.
Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
