Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked squash
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs, softened
    1 c. diced cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. milk, scalded
    3 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Butter casserole dish.
    Mix ingredients and pour into dish. Set in pan of water and cook until firm (about 1 hour) at 350\u00b0.
