Sweet Rolls Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. milk (warm)
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    7 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast, 1 tablespoon sugar and lukewarm water together. Mix together milk and butter.
    Put 5 cups of flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl, making a well in center.
    Mix together egg, milk, butter and dissolved yeast.
    Pour in center of flour mix with wooden spoon until you can't mix.
    Pour out on remaining flour, mixing and kneading until smooth.
    Put into greased bowl.
    When double in size, work down.
    Let rise again.
    Now it can be made into rolls, coffee cake, or cinnamon rolls.
    Bake rolls at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
