Roasted Potatoes And Kielbasa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes
2 medium cloves garlic, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 lb. kielbasa, skin removed and sliced thin
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Pour olive oil into large oblong baking dish.
Add thick sliced potatoes, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Toss well until well coated.
Bake in hot oven 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Add sliced kielbasa, stirring well.
Put back in oven and bake 15 minutes longer.
Serve hot.
