Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes (hash browns)
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    10 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; pour in pan.
    Sprinkle cornflake crumbs on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown around edges.
