Fluffy Hot Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 c. and 2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
1 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Beat all ingredients until smooth.
Bake on griddle until fluffy and brown.
Turn only once.
