Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread dough
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    16 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown Italian sausage; drain.
    Roll bread out 2 times length and width of dough.
    Spread heavily with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with Italian sausage; cover with Mozzarella cheese.
    Roll up short ends to short ends.
    Put in loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Spread top with butter.
    Bake another 5 minutes.
